During the official audience, the head of the promotional body formally submitted KDIPA’s 11th annual report detailing institutional achievements and operational progress recorded across the 2025–2026 fiscal period.
The high-level presentation underscores Kuwait’s continued strategic emphasis on expanding non-oil revenue streams and establishing an attractive environment for global capital inflow under Vision 2035. As state institutions accelerate structural economic adjustments, the annual submission serves as a benchmark for evaluating foreign direct investment milestones, administrative reforms, and regulatory cross-cooperation across domestic sectors.
Commending the authority’s dedicated efforts, His Highness the Amir lauded the leadership and staff at KDIPA for their persistent drive in driving national growth agenda targets. The Amir expressed deep appreciation for the body’s seamless inter-agency collaboration, noting that its targeted foreign capital initiatives play a central role in strengthening national economic resilience, reinforcing market sustainability, and fostering long-term prosperity.
During the meeting, Sheikh Dr. Meshaal Al-Jaber outlined the agency’s performance indicators, highlighting key foreign direct investment inflow metrics, operational expansions, and structural achievements fulfilled throughout the financial year. The authority’s work remains focused on simplifying commercial licensing channels, identifying priority growth sectors, and facilitating international corporate presence within the domestic market to create employment opportunities and spur technical knowledge transfers.
