- Violence or terrorism
- Copyright infringement

9. Payment Policy
All distribution fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Approved and distributed campaigns are generally non-refundable once publication has commenced.
Refund requests may be considered solely at MENAWireNOW’s discretion.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MENAWireNOW and Newsic Network Private Limited shall not be liable for:

- Loss of revenue
- Loss of profits
- Business interruption
- Reputational impact
- Third-party publication decisions
- Algorithm changes by search engines
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service purchased.
11. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless MENAWireNOW, Newsic Network Private Limited, employees, contractors, publishing partners, and affiliates against claims arising from submitted content.
12. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without liability.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
